PROCEDURES FOR PROCESSING ARTICLES FOR POSSIBLE PUBLICATION:

1. PREPARATION OF ELECTRONIC ARTICLE FILES:

Articles must be written in clear, concise English. Authors are responsible for all aspects of article preparation. Extensive revisions will not be carried out by the Editor or during the production process. Each manuscript must be accompanied by a statement confirming that it has not been published elsewhere and is not under simultaneous consideration for publication elsewhere.

2. SUBMISSION FORMAT:

Original articles for potential publication in IRJAECT should be submitted as a single PDF file, which includes the text, figures, and tables in a single-column format. Use 12-point font size and Times New Roman typeface for all text and figure captions. Ensure that figures and tables are high quality, with text within figures at no less than 9-point type size. Please note that although the original submission must be in PDF format for review purposes, the final accepted article must be submitted in a Word document in the prescribed format.

3. DECLARATION OF ORIGINALITY:

Each article submitted must include a statement confirming that the article has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere. Authors should retain the original electronic files of drawings, photos, and the article until the publication process is concluded. The statement should also confirm that all tables and figures are original works and do not require permission from third parties.

4. PERMISSIONS:

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material from other sources and must sign an agreement to transfer copyright to the publisher. If a figure or table was previously published, the copyright usually belongs to the original publisher, not the author. All permissions must be uploaded along with the final draft of your article before it can be processed.

5. REVIEW PROCESS:

The Editor will seek expert reviews of the submitted articles and aim to complete the review process as quickly as possible. Authors are encouraged to suggest five potential reviewers when submitting their manuscript. Each article will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. Submission implies the author’s willingness to consider revisions as suggested by the reviewers or editor. Retain all original figures until the publication process is complete. After revisions, upload the updated files onto the submission site.

6. REVISIONS:

After review, the Editor will inform the author of any required revisions before the article can be accepted for publication. If revisions are necessary, the author must upload the revised files to the submission site and click "Submit" to finalize the submission.

7. ACCEPTED ARTICLE:

Once the article is accepted, authors should submit the final electronic files in the IRJAECT template in DOC or DOCX format. Figures (minimum resolution 300dpi) should be submitted in TIFF, JPEG, EPS, or similar formats. All files should be uploaded to the submission site using the original username and password. Remember to click "Submit" after uploading the files. Accepted manuscripts are eligible for rapid online posting upon receipt of a valid copyright form and complete materials. The online version will include a DOI number for immediate citation. Authors will be notified when the typeset proofs are available, and when the final version is posted.

8. TRANSMITTAL AND COPYRIGHT FORM:

A copyright form must be completed for each article submitted. This form can be found when uploading the original manuscript or accessed via the Authors Hub. Each article must include a signed copyright transfer agreement.

9. REQUIRED ARTICLE INFORMATION:

  • Author details: Full name, affiliation, and email address
  • Corresponding author: Complete mailing address and email address
  • Co-authors: Affiliations and email addresses

10. PLAGIARISM:

All submissions are checked for plagiarism using iThenticate software, which is the industry standard. Papers identified with plagiarism during the peer review process will be rejected. If plagiarism is discovered after publication, we will initiate an inquiry and take appropriate actions according to our policy.

Abstract: All articles must have an abstract not to exceed 250 words. Avoid using abbreviations, diagrams, and references in the abstract.

Key Words: All articles should have a list of key (indexing) terms. Three to five keywords or terms not in the title will assist indexers in cross-indexing your article.

Body:

Group all tables, figures, figure captions, and footnotes at the end of the article, following the references. Equations should be numbered sequentially. Use no more than four levels of headings. Number headings sequentially using numerals, as follows: level 1 headings - 1., 2., 3., etc.; level 2 headings - 1.1, 2.1, etc.;

level 3 headings - 1.1.1, 2.1.1, etc.; and level 4 headings - 1.1.1.1, 2.1.1.1. For articles containing more than a few symbols, include a nomenclature list in alphabetical order, with Greek symbols (also in alphabetical order and with a separate heading) following the alphabetical listing in English. The nomenclature section should be placed after keywords and before the introduction. All articles must use SI units throughout; English units may be included parenthetically. Equations should not be provided as pictures; use programs such as MathType, Microsoft Equation, etc.

Figures:

Figures should not exceed the size of the journal pages. Use only Arial and Symbol fonts for text within figures. Acceptable formats for figures are TIFF, JPEG, EPS, or similar program files saved from the original   application at 300-700 dpi. Because of the loss of resolution, we do not accept figures embedded in Word or PDF. The preferred format is TIFF; however, maintaining a clear quality of the figures is most important. Do not use gray rules, only black. If the text is printed over gray backgrounds for any reason, the gray must be at least 50% lighter than the text. If possible, avoid grayscales entirely. For best results, figures must be submitted at the highest possible quality.

Tables:

Tables cannot be embedded in the text or provided as a picture. Provide tables at the end of the article and be sure to call out the tables in numerical order in the text. A short descriptive title should appear above each table with a clear legend and any footnotes suitably identified below the table. All units must be included.

Footnotes: Footnotes should be identified in the text with symbols such as * † ‡ § ∥ ¶, and cited consecutively within    the    paper.    If    you    have    many    footnotes   you    can    double    the   suggested   symbols.

Please Carefully Follow the Reference Formatting: Incorrectly formatted reference lists or reference callouts   in   the   text  will  be   returned  to   the  author  to   correct  before  processing   for   publication.
